Working with Nicole Aloni’s has been wonderful. Her wisdom, honesty, intuition and no nonsense approach helped me realize my own strength, to grow, stretch and become more “me”, more of who I can be. I now have the confidence to strive and knowledge that I am already on the right path to get to where I want to be.
I came to Nicole after working for one company for 10 years and looking to make a dramatic transition to becoming a freelance consultant. I have done so many different things that when people asked what I did for work, I just said “I do food”. I had no real clear idea what I did, no focus. That was a very scary place to be. I knew I was smart, had valuable experience and had the capacity to do a wide variety of things but lacked confidence to “toot my own horn”. Nicole has helped me to understand the best way for me to serve people was to show them how I could best help them. It is right and good to let people know what I can do.
